FORMAT: Three twenty-minute periods of Zazen (seated meditation), separated by several minutes of Kinhin (walking meditation).
INSTRUCTION: Beginners welcome; instruction provided.
RESERVATIONS: Not required; regular attendance not required.
COST: Free. Refreshments provided.
TIME: 6:16pm - Program starts on time, so please be seated and ready.
